Court Fee Enforcement
In addition, the following court fees are payable to commence the enforcement action:
- Application for Oral Examination £45.00
- Application for Attachment of Earnings Order £65.00
- Application for Third Party Debt Order £55.00
- Application for Charging Order £55.00
Occasionally, depending on the method of enforcement other disbursements are payable. These costs will also be added to the debt and ultimately payable by the debtor if you are successful.

- Process Server’s fee
- Company Search fee
