Court fees for Debt Recovery
Court fees are payable in addition to our charges, but they are recoverable from the debtor.
There are two types of court fees: starting a claim fees and enforcement fees.
Starting your claim
At the start of a claim for money only, we will issue a Claim Form. The costs of this initial part of the debt recovery process are set out below.

| £15,001.01 - £50,000.00 | £400.00 |
Court fees for sums over £50,000 will be advised upon receipt of instructions.
Enforcement
Court fees for enforcement of debt recovery

Occasionally other disbursements are payable, these include:
- Land Registry Search fee
- Process Server's fee
- Company Search fee
We will not incur these debts without your permission.
