With other companies, the process of recovering your debt can be a long and complicated one, so we have simplified it for you.

In order to recover your bad debt, we will go through a number of stages:

  1. Draft and send a Letter of Claim compliant with the Civil Procedure Rules
  2. Draft, issue and arrange for service of a Claim Form (Court Summons)
  3. Apply for default Judgment where appropriate and advise you further with regard to enforcement of debt recovery
  4. In the event that your claim is defended, we can provide a defence in court.
