If your claim is contested and a Defence is filed we may agree to represent you for a fixed cost.

• If your claim is for a sum under £1,000.00 we may present your case in Court for a fixed-fee of £400.00.
• If your claim is for a sum between £1,000.00 and £5,000.00 we may present your case in Court for £600.00.
• For claims exceeding the Small Claims limit (currently £5,000.00) we will agree with you a fee structure in advance.
