Fixed Fee Enforcement
We will agree to pursue any of the debt recovery enforcement methods for a fixed fee of £40.00 plus VAT. This is payable whether the enforcement is successful or not.
If a court attendance is necessary then an extra charge will be payable. This will be limited to the recoverable fixed costs which are available and payable by the debtor if the enforcement is successful.
Please note that the total cost will be invoiced to you once the action is commenced and is payable whether or not the enforcement is successful.
For an Oral Examination or Attachment of Earnings Order our attendance is not necessarily required, whereas for a Third Party Debt Order or Charging Order we will almost certainly be required to attend.
