Recovering Your Costs
You are entitled to reclaim a proportion of the costs that you pay us from the debtor.
The amount will be added to the debt once judgement is obtained and you will receive the costs in addition to the sum owed to you. The amount is fixed by the court based upon the amount claimed, as shown below:
Having received payment of the debt, you will wish to recover the costs of your claim from the other party.
On issuing proceedings you are entitled to claim costs fixed by the Court in addition to the sum owed to you. Those fixed costs, if recovered, will be offset against what you pay us.
In addition to the fixed costs shown below, further fixed costs may be awarded by the Court when obtaining judgment or undertaking enforcement action.

If judgement is obtained then a limited extra amount will be added to the recoverable fixed costs (depending on the circumstances).
